When you submit a website-review inquiry or general contact message, Apptera collects the information you provide. Depending on the form, that may include your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, website URL, type of business, requested improvements, preferred contact method, selected topic, and message.

Apptera may also process limited technical information needed to secure the form, such as your IP address, request timing, and anti-abuse verification results.

Apptera uses inquiry information to review your request, respond to you, clarify possible scope, operate the website, and protect the form from spam or abuse. Inquiry details are not sold or added to a third-party marketing list.

Apptera uses service providers to host the website and deliver transactional email. Amazon Simple Email Service processes inquiry notifications and confirmations. Cloudflare Turnstile may process anti-abuse verification when it is enabled. These providers process information on Apptera's behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, evaluate possible work, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Apptera uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may ask Apptera to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. Use the contact form and choose “Information or privacy request.” As an alternative for a privacy, correction, or deletion request, email support@apptera.io.
